I cannot recommend Stuart highly enough. From the first visit to the completion of the installation, he was professional, honest, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. Stuart replaced my old heating system with a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler and carried out the work to an exceptionally high standard. The pipework is neat, everything was installed with great attention to detail, and he made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. Throughout the whole process, he explained every stage of the installation, answered all of my questions with patience, and provided all the necessary paperwork and certificates. He was always punctual, respectful of my home, and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. What impressed me most was that he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and about his customers. It???s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in doing the job properly rather than simply finishing it as quickly as possible. I am absolutely delighted with the result and have complete confidence in the new heating system. Stuart recently carried out some plumbing work for us, rerouting some pipework. From the offset, we were put at ease with how he was going to do it. Stuart was amazing and arrived within the stated time of 45 minutes. We were worried about noises from our water tank; this turned out to be from the boiler following his thorough assessment. It was an out of hours visit - late evening - he was brilliant, calm and reassuring - which we much valued as we have a young family. Highly recommended!
