I contacted Drain 2 Clear MK regarding a blocked drain in our garden. Kevin was excellent from start to finish. He was quick to respond to my initial WhatsApp enquiry, clear in his replies, and arrived when he said he would. Once here, he was friendly and efficient. He spent nearly half an hour investigating the issue only to identify that the blockage was in fact deep within a shared line and therefore the responsibility of Anglian Water. In light of this, he didn't charge us, which I thought was thoroughly decent considering he'd given up time and energy to make that discovery. So, despite being unable to resolve the issue, I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend Kevin at Drain 2 Clear MK or contact him again in the future.

Called Kevin to investigate a slow flushing toilet. Turns out the main drainage pipe in back garden was completely blocked ???????? Kevin was very professional in the way he worked and traced the blockage to a neighbours property. Kevin jetted our drain and cleared the blockage, then gave great advise to resolve the issue in the future. I found him to be polite and friendly and very tidy with his tools. Thanks Kevin, for a prompt and efficient service. response.

He Came, he saw and he cleared the poop smoothie. I Messaged via whatsapp, he arrived the next day and cleared it. He was very helpful and answered all the queries I had. It wasn't a rush job where they want to go ASAP. He took his time and used his camera and kit to check from different areas. Very good price.
