Extremely pleasant experience with Christian today. Very professional, really polite, I felt very comfortable with him. He took the time to get to the root of the leak problem with my boiler and had gone above and beyond in his role. Christian is a true accolade to your company.

I found Fix First heating from an internet search, but was a great choice. They have been very responsive and accommodating, working around my availability. Diagnosis, quote and fixed within a few days. Nice to get a follow up message the day after the work (Sat.) asking how things were. All good. I would recommend.

Great service from the Fix first team for our boiler service. Great at communicating with us regarding the appointment. Chris turned up on time on the day, was respectful of property with over shoes, dust sheets etc. Talking to him you could tell he really knows his stuff. Will definitely be using them again. Many thanks

Chris came to do a boiler service when we needed it quickly to sell our house. He came quickly and took care to keep the space very neat and tidy. The service showed some issues which were resolved quickly and were very reasonably priced, with options to suit our needs. We were very happy with the service, the price and efficiency that was provided and would definitely recommend. We will be using Fixfirst again.

I needed a new boiler and seeing all the great reviews, I called Fix First Heating. Chris was great from first contact. We did a video call to see what needed doing which meant no hanging around waiting for someone to call round. A very competitive quote came through very quickly. Date and time arranged, Chris turned up on time and did a superb job, the new boiler working in under day. Can't recommend highly enough.
