I've been using Optimum plumbing and heating for over a year now and I am always happy with the outcome. They gained my trust by helping my elderly aunt who was in and out of hospital then needed her boiler starting and would always say how nice the men where. I decided to place a big project for them to undertake which after a very good quote and the easy to understand information sheet showing the quality parts plus more, I yes let's do it. I now have an extremely professional all new combi boiler, new pipes throughout and new radiators which all the pipes are absolutely brilliant. I only had a heating system with no hot water which I was very welcoming to have fresh hot water to my kitchen and bathroom sinks with a new kitchen set of taps with easy to grip handles perfect for my fingers to grip. I also asked for a garden style tap for my hobbies of aquatic tropical fish keeping so it's easier for me than running back and forth to the kitchen. I know they did lots more for me, but they did so much I can't think. They tidied up and helped put things back which was above and beyond. From start to finish, I'm very very grateful as this was the last part of my complete home renovation project. Please see the photo attached of the combi boiler which has a simple to use dial which is exactly what I needed plus the pipes look well placed. Thank you to all of Optimum plumbing.

This was an exceptionally good service. When we enquired about fitting our radiators. our telephone enquiries were always answered with a friendly and very professional attitude. The plumber called to the house on the arranged day to estimate the job, gave us advice and explained with clarity what radiators to use, and also discussed the quality of different makes etc. He explained in detail how the job would be carried out. This very knowledgable man and his colleague arrived at the arranged time on the booked day and carried out an excellent job. Very polite and clean and tidy. We are really pleased and would definitely contact them for any future job. Thank you Optimum Plumbing.

Simon did an excellent job of fixing several issues with our heating system and when an unexpected complication arose with the servicing of our 10 year old boiler, Simon approached the problem very sensibly and clearly explained the options. The new boiler we chose on Simon's recommendation was expertly installed by his team and we are delighted with the performance of our much improved new system. From start to finish, it was a pleasure dealing with Optimum Plumbing and Heating and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
