I had a water leak on my flat and asked NMP to do a trace & access investigation & report. Arthur was very thorough l, set clear expectations ahead of time and after, and took time to help me understand the issue. Very detailed, very thorough - happy to recommend.

I had a great experience with Plumber Near Me. I initially called for some advice and a quotation regarding my property, and Arthur facilitated the process smoothly by connecting me with Daniel from the technical team. What really stood out was how much time Daniel took to explain everything clearly. Unlike other plumbers who simply tell you what needs to be done and provide a quote, he walked me through the entire process and made sure I fully understood my options. He even gave me helpful advice on what to look out for if I decided to go with another external plumber. His patience, understanding, openness, and willingness to genuinely help gave me valuable insight and made the whole experience feel trustworthy and professional. Highly recommended.
