I was extremely impressed with the service provided tonight. The engineer attended site promptly to unblock the drains for an important client and was professional from start to finish. He was highly knowledgeable, quickly identified the issue, and resolved it efficiently. The quality of workmanship and communication throughout was excellent, and his expertise gave us complete confidence. A fantastic service that I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend

Extremely professional and helpful people. Had a massive issue behind a wall. Didnt just fix the plumbing issue, but arranged a builder and floorer as well to sort out everything. All the guys were very knowledgable, polite and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone facing plumbing issues.

These guys are absolutely amazing. I made the booking around 02:15 and Khalid arrived very promptly. He unblocked my toilet without fuss. The service was professional, speedy, efficient and effective. I recommend LEP very highly. Many thanks guys!

I had such an amazing experience with this plumbing service and felt I had to share. Late at night (around 11pm), I accidentally dropped a white gold diamond grill into my sink. I was in complete panic and started searching for an emergency plumber. I called and got a quote, but before committing, I wanted to see if there was any way I could retrieve it myself. The owner reached out and, instead of pushing for a paid call-out, he kindly offered to guide me over the phone. He walked me through step by step via WhatsApp, suggesting different methods and reassuring me the whole time. I was really stressed because the jewellery meant a lot to me, but he stayed patient, calm, and genuinely helpful throughout. With his guidance, I was actually able to retrieve it myself! He didn???t charge me a penny just helped out of pure kindness and professionalism. It???s rare to come across someone who truly puts people before profit. He???s definitely gained a loyal customer in me, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone. If he can guide someone with no plumbing experience to successfully retrieve jewellery from a sink pipes imagine the level of skill in person! Thank you again I???m so grateful!

Second time using London Emergency Plumbing and once again they???ve been excellent. Both times I???ve dealt with Ibrahim and Idris, and they???ve been great from start to finish. Ibrahim was extremely responsive, kept me well informed throughout, and the work was completed to a very high standard. Everything was explained clearly and there were no surprises. Reliable, professional, and easy to deal with, I wouldn???t hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to others.
