Would give 10 stars if I could. Dan couldn't be more friendly, down to earth and goes out of his way to be helpful, while very reasonably priced. I really couldn't recommend him enough. He did a really fantastic job for us sorting out broken loos and really goes out of his way for his customers. I'll be back with Dan every year for our boiler service!

Had the pleasure of meeting Dan today when he came to fix a radiator issue. My son had knocked the radiator off the wall, causing a lot of water to start pouring out of the connecting pipe. I rang Dan at 11.42am and by 12.09pm he had arrived to help for the urgent call out. Dan was so helpful, not only did he efficiently fix the issue, but he explained how the system worked, showed me what to do if this situation ever happened again. Showed me how to add pressure back into the boiler, release air from the radiators etc. Was just all round helpful and respectful whilst coming into my family home. Will 100% be contacting Dan for any plumbing related issues going forward.

Dan attended for non flushing loo & leaky stopcock. He checked the loo & found a small piece of soap (that I threw in the cistern) causing the issue. Probably saved me x??100s to otherwise replace close-coupled toilet - which has no maintenance access. The stopcock was recently loosened by the water board & just needed tightening. Dan waited around to ensure both probs were fixed and charged me very reasonably indeed. He???s very personable, knows his stuff, and has great business ethics which is so refreshing. I wont hesitate to recommend him and he will be my go-to plumber from now on. SO impressed! Thanks so much Dan. Irene
