We lost hot water suddenly in the afternoon, and it quickly became apparent that our boiler was the issue. We found Tap Into Plumbers via Trust A Trader - Lisa gave us a call very quicky after the initial enquiry, and Oz was booked in to come to the house the next morning. Oz arrived as agreed the following morning - super friendly, very easy to deal with, and very knowledgeable when it comes to boilers and plumbing in general. Unfortunately, the heat plate in the old boiler was faulty, and Oz explained to us that there were some other issues that could well cost us more to replace. We discussed all the options in detail and came to the agreement that a new boiler was required. Oz did a very thorough review of the linked plumbing to the boiler and identified some additional work that he recommended to be done, including a non-compliant outside flue that needed to be updated. We were presented with a full list of options for the new boiler - again we appreciated Oz's insight on the pros and cons for each boiler manufacturer which gave us confidence in the one that we eventually selected. We did have to wait the best part of a week to have the new boiler fitted - Oz is a very busy man so we were appreciative that he could fit in a major boiler replacement into his schedule at short notice! On the day, Oz arrived bright and early and go straight down to business! He is a machine - basically never stops, had to be persistent to get him to accept the offer of a drink! The boiler replacement and the linked works completed to the highest standard, very tidy and zero mess left behind. All completed in 8 hours so we were up and running with the new boiler before the evening. We have nothing but the highest praise for the experience we had with Tap Into Plumbers from start to finish! We highly recommend Tap Into Plumbers for anyone looking for a plumbing company. The biggest compliment we can pay is that Tap Into Plumbers will be our official go-to plumbers going forward, starting with the annual service of the new boiler starting in 2027! We already have a list of future work lined up which Oz already knows about! Thank you Lisa and an even bigger thank you to Oz!

Tap Into Plumbers is an excellent business. I am very lucky to have had Oz do numerous plumbing jobs for me over the years and all of the work has been of a high quality and completed to my full satisfaction. Appointments are arranged quickly and conveniently, and payment when the job is done made easy. All in all it is always a pleasure working with this team and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Oz is completely reliable. He turns up on time, and provides a very professional service. I have been a customer for at least ten years. Oz services my boiler each year, and attends to any other plumbing issues I have. I have no hesitation in recommending the firm.

Exceptional service, expertise and professionalism. Outstanding in every way. I contacted Tap Into Plumbers after reading the numerous top reviews on-line. These are well justified. Oz instantly diagosed the origin of our water hammer problem, sourced a new kitchen mixer tap for us, and expertly fitted it in quick time. Clearly highly skilled, Oz treated our relatively small job with the same urgency and professionalism as might be afforded to a much larger project. Outstanding customer service from both Oz and his wife Lisa from first contact to job completion. We won't be going anywhere else from now on for our plumbing needs. Highly recommended.
