It's a huge company that subcontracts. They sent us some very young guys who were from a completely different company to install a radiator. Despite us telling them that our house is grade listed and they needed to be careful with the walls, they destroyed our wall, using the wrong screws and leaving two massive holes in the wall. We asked them to leave. I won't be dealing with this company ever again.

The very best possible service from start to finish from a Google search and no experience with this company. Booking a boiler investigation and repair was efficient and the cost made clear. When Kurtis arrived he was on time (having rung to say he was on his way) and he fixed the problem with no concerns. I had been really anxious about there being a big problem and a potential big bill but Kurtis was so reassuring, efficient and kind. Fantastic service.

Chose this company as had excellent service last year from CJ ELECTRICAL. This was very different! Initial diagnosis by Jack, new shower processor required. So far so good. 2 weeks later work carried out by someone (I do know his name) who can only be described as being somewhere between uninterested and clueless. Left after 40 minutes with shower still not working and suggested I may have to get used to having baths....outstanding customer service! Could be the shower interface requiring replacement, someone would get back to me. After a week I'd heard nothing so sourced and fitted the part myself. Shower now working but connections to the processor leaking. Had to wait another week for someone to return. Richard attended, knew exactly what he was doing, and refitted connectors correctly. I begrudgingly settled the invoice today (over ??700) Rating would have been much lower if not for Jack and Richard. The moral of the tale......it's not about the company is it, it's all about the people!

The engineers were very friendly and explained everything that they were doing. I appreciated the plastic floor protection they put down first before starting the work. They explained and demonstrated how to operate the new boiler. Have so far encountered no issues with the work or the boiler. Will continue using this company for the future boiler services.

We are very pleased with our lovely en-suite. From start to finish Nick and Danni worked very hard to make sure that we were happy with the results. The finish is excellent. They were timely, tidy and very polite and cheerful. The whole process was without any stress. Thank you all.
