John was very efficient to replace my leaking pipe beneath my kitchen sink. He knew it was urgent and responded immediately. He was at our home within 20 mins and had the job done cleanly and politely. He even gave us a new sponge to soak up the water. I hope it never happens again, but I would certainly ask him back for any other plumbing requirements.

If you need a plumber, John is your man. He attended my elderly mother???s on Easter Saturday, she had suffered a sewage leak that had gone undetected for some time in a crawl space. Despite the conditions being really unpleasant, John stopped any further damage and has since replaced the pipe work. Also replaced an aged tap. Very professional, efficient and has restored my faith in tradesmen, thank you so much.

I contacted John on a saturday regarding a non-emergency (leaky pipe dripping onto my water meter) and he was able to come round that following monday to fix it. Was ??95 total. Very happy with the service, thanks!

John came to replace some piping and a new tap for outside use. His work was second to none, and done with the upmost professionalism. John has a pleasant dis position, and a lovely manner, and he would be my first point of call should I need his services in the future. I am very happy to recommend him. Mrs Janet Read.

I???ve never left a glowing review straight after the job is finished but felt I had to. The service from John was faultless - not only did he answer my call straight away but he came to fix our leaky toilet the next day and the job was complete in 1 hr. It???s now given us peace of mind and would highly recommend Helping Hands!
