Hi Morgan, Thank you so much for incredible service again. Our boiler is hard to get to, and we love the attitude of the great guy who came and fixed it. We also really love the customer journey, how easy it is to pay and how you get back to us as soon as we call. It???s great to be looked after by you guys :)

Was to present for a quote. Non emergency. Two blokes turned up without my consent. One named Eilot and unknown retrospect. Under owners knowledge for a leak. 3 minutes job, two blokes one spanner used to tighten. Wanted ??120 invoice. Not paying for cowboys. Classed as call out and investigation. When down the road fron where they were attending another client in GL52. Found the owner mobile number ending 331 manipulative and exploitative, using email to invoice me. Would not recommend and cwrtainly not to elderly. Found experience threatening. States no call out charge to website. Safeguarding. Reporting to Watersafe CIPHE to whom of course in retrospect not even registered with. Avoid MJTAYLOR Updated as leak not fixed. Still wanting payment for poor service.i feel voilated in my own home. Thugs. Charged me call out when they were 210metres from my home and left me with a leak, entraped me with no explanation of cost until on leaving emailed me within my own homw of cost . Abuse of power.

We contacted MJ Plumbing on a Saturday morning and they replied almost immediately, booking us in for an appointment on the Monday (they would have come out earlier if we had needed them to do so). The engineer came out during the two hour time slot (not a 9am to 5pm slot which is frustrating) and duly repaired the issue without any fuss. Very pleased and would highly recommend. We are now looking at getting them to carry out our annual servicing. Thank you!

Prompt response, with advice, on initial contact. Emergency appointment made. Text received advising service engineer five minutes away. Diagnosed and resolved problem quickly, tidying up as he worked. Lovely, affable and polite young man. Confirmation of payment and invoice received same day. Will now use this company for heating/plumbing needs and can recommend without hesitation.

Replied within the hour to an enquiry. Came put same day, excellent work and made sure I knew my boiler was still under warranty and bit I needed doing would be covered by that. Even phoned the company for me and helped arrange repair. Most helpful heating technician I've used. Would definitely use again.
