The team - Richard and Chloe were excellent. They arrived on time and were very careful during the set up. Richard explained what they would be doing - they worked well as a team and were careful throughout the house. Once the installation was complete they moved onto the maintenance aspect once again taking great care around the house. Excellent team who were very careful. Many thanks.

Hereford Heating proved to be an excellent choice. Their response time to our initial enquiry was very quick with an engineer calling in to assess the plumbing problem. The work was then skilfully and professionally completed by Luke and Sam. All communications with the company underpinned their overall good customer care work ethos.

A huge thank you to Hereford Heating! Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The team recently installed a new boiler and hot water cylinder for us, and I honestly couldn???t be happier with the whole experience. It was a big job involving the upgrade of an old system, but the team were super throughout: clear and helpful from the first quote, tidy and respectful on site during the installation, and very generous in sharing their knowledge and explaining the system properly. The final result is excellent, and the whole process felt smooth, well-managed, and trustworthy. An 11/10 service. Highly recommended!!

Excellent professional and friendly service at a competitive price. I had a range of quotes and Hereford Heating were the most thorough in their assessment; the best price for the same boiler and made me feel like they wanted my business. The company clearly has an excellent customer service ethic as everyone I dealt with from the lady in accounts to the guys that installed my boiler were charming and professional. Really good to find a local company with such excellent service.

I was impressed by the job been done by Charlie. It???s been 2 years that we had a problem with our heating radiators, but now after all the four valves been changed our heating system works great now. Thanks to Charlie for the excellent job been done. Looking forward to seeing him again next year.
