I contacted MTS Electrical online to request a quotation for connecting an immersion heater. I received a same-day response from Vicky, who asked for a few photos of the location and possible cable routing options. Shortly afterwards, I received a detailed quotation clearly itemising both labour and material costs. After accepting the quotation, I was able to arrange a convenient appointment and later received a confirmation email with the date and time. On the day of the appointment, I received a message advising that Marc was approximately 25 minutes away, complete with a tracking link showing his progress. This made planning my day much easier. Marc arrived exactly as promised, carried out the work efficiently, and left everything tidy. The reason I've taken the time to write this review is that reliable tradespeople can be difficult to find these days. MTS Electrical responded promptly to my enquiry, communicated clearly throughout the process, turned up on time, and completed the work to a high standard. That level of professionalism and customer service is increasingly rare and very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in recommending MTS Electrical.

From our initial contact with MTS Electrical the communication was faultless. The estimate for the job was carried out promptly and the quote followed soon after. A date was given and contact was made from MTS checking that everything was still OK. On the day of the work we received a call to give an accurate time of arrival. Marc carried out the work promptly and efficiently. We were delighted with new lights in our kitchen ceiling and a totally tidied up very old fuse board with a maze of wiring reduced to a neat and tidy board. We would fully recommend Marc for any electrical work needed. Thank you.

Found MTS in a local advertising paper. What a find. Rang for a quote for fitting a fan light in my bedroom. Spoke to Vicky , what a lovely friendly helpful lady. She booked me in for Marc to fit light the following week. Marc came and was very respectful of my property. He fitted the light with very little mess. He did such a good job I asked him to take on an outside job for me. He sent me the quote through the same evening. Marc will be coming to do the job in a couple of weeks. I highly recommend MTS if you need any electrical work.
