Great service from Ollie and the team as usual. I used them once previously and will definitely use them again in future. I am glad I saved my tumble dryer for a bit longer

Huge thanks to Oliver who came and diagnosed an issue with an old Rangemaster and replaced a number of parts, and advised on next steps for an electrician to review the oven isolator switch. Very professional and great service, thanks again - Jake

Responded quickly to my first contact. Visited within a few days. Very clear on what services were on offer and what weren't. Completed the work to fit my timings. Did a good job on the day and really nice with it!

A fantastic experience, Oliver was very quick, precise and professional. He quickly located the issue with my dishwasher and guided me through the options available to me. Being a few days before Christmas I was concerned but he put me at ease and accommodated my installation and quite possibly saves Christmas. I am extremely grateful and would highly recommend Duchy Appliance and Gas Services????????

We had a malfunctioning dryer door. Response was prompt & reassuring. The engineer who attended was great. Good attitude, personable & knowledgeable. We had to wait for a part but the job has been completed for the cost as stated. Very happy. Highly recommend.
