   The team replaced our old system boiler with a new combi boiler and also moved its location and removed all now unnecessary cylinders and tanks. From the beginning, Paul listened to what we needed and tailored the service accordingly and the quote was highly competitive. The team were all lovely to have around and we are really pleased with the result. Our water pressure was non-existent and they sorted this out as part of the process too! Paul is a perfectionist which you can clearly see in how neat the pipe work is! We will definitely be using All Star Heating for the servicing going forward and wouldn???t hesitate to recommend them.    Our Potterton boiler (over 20 years old) finally failed in Sept 2025. We contacted All Star Heating for a quote. They fitted us in as an emergency, and have been fantastic from the initial visit to assess the work, right through to the installation of our new Bosch combi boiler. Sammi was great throughout the quoting/invoicing process ??? clear, responsive and always willing to answer questions. The quote was very competitive and significantly better than other installers, including British Gas and other smaller companies. Paul carried out the site survey and boiler installation. It was very clear from our first meeting that Paul took pride in his work, was very customer focussed and professional. The work was completed with great care. Paul went above and beyond to reroute our water and waste pipes, restore our water pressure and ensure that the installation was neat and tidy. I would highly recommend All Star heating. We???ll be using them for our annual service and for future work.

The work was completed with great care and organisation, all rubbish was taken away, and he made sure we fully understood how to use the new boiler before leaving.
