Highly recommend this company. From the quote to the install everyone was friendly and helpful. Lee, who came to to do the quote had it back to us in a very timely manner. Matt & Mike who did the install were lovey, very professional and you would not have known they had been there after they had finished. This is a company that is busy so yes if your job is not urgent you will wait but it is worth the wait to use a reliable and reputable local company

From our first appointment with Lee to our new boiler being installed we have been more than happy with our decision to use Aquaheat Ashford. Lee, Ryan, Owen and James were very professional and polite. They left our house clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend them.

We had our air conditioning installed by Aquaheat and I highly recommend them! We were provided with a quote quickly and advised of the best options for our property, and didn???t have to wait too long for an installation date. The install went smoothly and the guys who did it were so lovely and professional. There was a bit of a mishap with some brick dust going over the carpet (a genuine mistake) but Aquaheat were very apologetic and ensured this was rectified with no fuss. 5 stars! ???

We have had an AirCon unit installed today, and we are absolutely pleased as punch. The 2 installers Matt & Mike were extremely polite, thorough and professional. The electrical engineer Wayne was also as pleasant as Matt & Mike. The Bosch AirCon unit is absolutely brilliant, And now my wife isnt going to melt away. As they say... Happy Wife Happy Life ????

Matt and Archie have just installed 2 air conditioning units supplying 4 rooms in our house. We are so pleased with their work and couldn???t fault them. The workmanship is superb and they clearly care about doing an excellent job. They were both hard working, polite and I think they even left the house cleaner than when they started. All in all a brilliant service from start to finish and we would highly recommend them. The central team were also fantastic - responsive, understanding of our needs and a fair quote. Thank you.
