I dont think we was treated fairly electric boiler they sent gas engineer had to rebook the next engineer came out on his day off had a quick look then said you can't sevice these boilers I think they should of known that before charging us ??90 still didn't get a service certificate

Excellent service from start to finish! Paul and Marvin were professional, punctual, and clearly very knowledgeable. The work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Pricing was fair and transparent, which I really appreciated. I would recommend freeflo to anyone needing plumbing works. I???ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Freeflo are fantastic. They fitted my new boiler a year ago and ever since I've used them for all my plumbing issues. Fast response, excellent work. Super friendly team. I called them out today (temperature below zero) as my boiler wasn't working. It would have been easy for them to charge me for a call out but they sent me a video on something very easy I could do myself. I did this and within 5 minutes my boiler was working and my heating was on. No cost. A service you can trust. Highly recommend them.
