   Really impressed with how quickly the fault was identified, even got my boiler working again whilst parts were ordered for long term fix. a couple of days later (my delay not theirs) same engine back to complete the work, even did it in less time than quoted for.    3 hours and didn???t find a CLOSED VALVE We had a Very bad experience using the boiler engineer company, This is an honest review, we did also have problems with a plumber but this review is of our experience with the boiler engineer company, before this is replied to by Wayne Chapman the managing director of this company I can prove with emails and photos of everything I have said in this review, we contacted this company after having issues with our heating system the water heater tank and 3 port valve renewed and system flush by a plumber previously and left with the heating not working also blaming the boiler, after this and not being completely convinced we contacted the boiler engineer company and explained everything that had been done, they arrived and explained to me the system flush we had done wasn???t good enough and told me we had a blockage in the pipework, this was the first 1 hour ??120 call out and they advised me they would need to cut out and renew a section, I accepted, this was completed in 30mins ??65 materials, when I looked at the pipe it was obviously completely clear, after 2 hours of pushing the pump button and walking to the van and back we get a ??240 charge I was then told it must be blocked somewhere else or the heat exchanger was damaged and to contact Worcester or book them in to do another flush, Worcester contacted and arrived and advised nothing wrong with the boiler and the engineer should have known this due to no fault code indication on the boiler, we then receive the invoice of ??425 from the boiler engineer company for what I now know was complete fabrication, bottom line a plumber friend came round to have a look at the system and within 10mins found the VALVE CLOSED next to the pump, now either the original plumber had done it or the boiler engineer company done it which they denied, I don???t know who but what I would expect after 3 hours was for an engineer to find a CLOSED VALVE 10cm from the pump and the pipe work that was renewed. After many emails to the boiler engineer company, they did take off 1 hour???s labour and invoiced me for ??305, I asked Wayne Chapman if he felt the service I had been given was acceptable and what I received for this amount of money. note: from the start to finish (2 weeks) I offered payment of the call out ??120 and materials ??65 but his reply was we were becoming a problem and if we didn???t pay he would be getting debt collectors involved, we have since made the payment of ??305 for what! I have no idea so be warned they are not a nice company and in my opinion if you cant find a closed valve in 3 hours use someone else. 0 stars
