Arrived on time and completed the replacement vanity unit and WC without any problems. Cleaned up nicely and work professionaly executed and friendly attitude by all the workers.

Had our gas fire serviced and we are very happy. Steve was great; polite, professional and very experienced. He did a good job. We will be going back again in the future.

Asked for a call back via the website in yhe morning as our boiler was leaking, was called back once the office opened (I didnt log it as urgent) and an visit was arranged for 12 the same day. The plumber who came was really friendly, and had the boiler sorted in around an hour. Cannot fault the service received

After my very old boiler stopped working I had a new gas boiler and cylindrical water tank installed by osbornes. Their quote for the work arrived quickly and when I agreed new boiler and tank ordered by them and fitting began within days. Steve the engineer was great and very efficient and knowledgable, keeping us informed as work progressed. He ensured we had hot water as quickly as possible even before final work completed. They also installed a new hive thermostat timer system. The whole process was quick from start to finish and new boiler now working great thank you to Osbornes and their engineer Steve for his superb work.

My disabled brother???s hot water tank developed a leak. We sought a quote from Osbourne Plumbing & Heating for a replacement. Prompt response to our query, with subsequent quotation submitted in a timely manner. We accepted the quote which was competitive. Work commenced a couple of weeks later. Installation was efficient with no problems after. Good job done ????
