Matt the engineer was really communicative and nothing seemed too much trouble. He emptied the airing cupboard which I should have done myself and organised for the manufacturer of my boiler to visit on Friday. From my first call to Viking, everything was handled very quickly and efficiently and that was important because I had a carbon monoxide leak. A first class service and I will recommend Viking Heating to my friends.

Matt has serviced my boiler for a few years now, always prompt, polite and engaging. A genuinely nice bloke. When my aging boiler finally needed replacing, the installation was carried out professionally and I wasn't even around on the day. He's one of those rare traders I'm happy to leave my house keys with. Great job, works perfectly and a good price. 100% recommended.

Matt from Viking Heating was brilliant. He came to fix one handle issue but ended up fixing all three controls for me, and even checked a fourth one without being asked. He was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Really happy with the service ??? highly recommend!
