Perry and George installed a new boiler in my house recently. They are very knowledgeable, polite and skilful guys. The job was clean and executed methodically. They went above and beyond helping us fixing an issue with the underfloor heating configuration installed around the same time by another team. However it was not at all clear what the problem was from the way it manifested itself. Perry came round the same day, identified the issue (again - nothing to do with the boiler installation) and helped resolving it! This shows they are truly reliable and acting responsibly, walking that extra mile when needed. Me and my family are very happy with their services!

Excellent service from start to finish. George attended to fix an external leak on my driveway and was extremely professional throughout. He took the time to clearly explain each step involved in detecting the leak and how it would be repaired, which I really appreciated. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Very pleased with the service and wouldn???t hesitate to recommend!

We recently had a new gas boiler installed and couldn???t be happier with the service from start to finish. The whole team was excellen, professional, reliable, and clearly experienced at what they do. Communication was spot on throughout. We were kept regularly informed at every stage, which made the whole process feel smooth and stress-free. There were no hidden surprises when it came to pricing or work carried out everything was clear and upfront. What really stood out was the attention to detail. They left everything clean and tidy after the job and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was running as it should. Best of all, the boiler comes with a solid guarantee covering hot water and heating, which gives real peace of mind. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient heating company.

Thank you, George for your excellent service on installation our combined boiler in March 2026. I had a very pleasant experience over 3 days of his work. He explains to me what he is going to do and he has done daily. His professional knowledge and manner gave me tremendous confidence on his works. He is trust worthy and reliable. He also gave me lots of good advices on other potential house improvements I like to do. His advice is always based on my benefits, but not the profit. He is very organised and always made sure our place clean and tidy, had the least destruction, when he has to do lots of drilling on the wall to reinstall the new gas pipe. He also did extra help outside the contract by taking away the old hot water cylinder and tanks, which was big help for me as we haven't got car anymore. I am very happy with HR Solutions Ltd, all my experience with them are very positive. Good communication and high quality and professionally service. They also gave me an option on cost according to my situation, so I can justify with my budget. I am very happy with what I have paid and what quality service I have received. I am also very glade to know them as person for their kindness and thoughtfulnes. I know this is the company that I can seek solutions for any problems relating to heating, gas and plumbing. I have no dault to recommend to any one. Chao Gibbs ( Johnny is my son's name)
