I genuinely could not give HOCU enough praise! From the moment we called them regarding a boiler issue to the moment they finished work at our property they were absolutely fantastic. We required a new boiler to be fitted and some works under our bath, for which the price from HOCU was very competitive. On the day of the works HOCU were at our property for 11 hours working tirelessly and you would not know they were ever there as everything was spotless when they left. If you need any works carried out, I could not recommend this company higher!

Vincent and the HOCU team are the real deal. We wanted to completely revamp our heating system, and we'd had lots of quotes and suggestions from various other people ??? none of which filled me with confidence that we'd get the results we wanted. HOCU was a breath of fresh air: Vincent is clearly passionate about his craft, and that's apparent from the first meeting. He quickly came up with practical solutions and explained everything in a level of detail no one else came close to. The work itself was not a trivial job, but the team were polite, worked tirelessly and left our home clean every day. We now have a modern, optimised unvented heating system that ticks all of our boxes.

I have used Hocu for various plumbing jobs over the years and cannot speak highly enough of them. Always efficient, polite, and friendly. They do the job so fast I can never believe it and they explain everything clearly. Fees are fair. Really appreciate having them to hand. A special shout out to Martin who attended most recently. Thank you all at Hocu.

We were recommended Hocu Plumbing by one of our neighbours as we had a leak on our Gledhill Boilermate. We rang Vince and he came over and quickly gave us a quote to remove the Boilermate and install a new combi-boiler. The job took 2 days and Vince was really thorough, conscientious and hard working, there was minimal disruption during the work and we would highly recommend Hocu Plumbing to anyone who needed some urgent work done.

HOCU Plumbing & Heating Ltd installed some really lovely Black radiators into my home on Monday, alongside white radiators too. From start to finish they provide a lovely service. Their work is always impeccable, clean and tidy. I???ve used them in the past and will certainly do so again. I???m always happy to recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing advice/ work.
