I highly recommend James! He was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything. He fixed my kitchen leak and blockage after other plumbers had been unable to solve the problem. He didn???t give up, found the cause, and completed the job to a very high standard. It was also lovely chatting to him???he was friendly, approachable, and made the whole experience much less stressful. It???s such a relief to finally have everything working properly. If you???re looking for someone reliable, honest, and skilled, I wouldn???t hesitate to recommend him. Thank you again for your excellent service!

I don't usually do reviews like this but for James I'll make an exception. He was super helpful and friendly and he knew exactly what he was doing. He quickly detected and solved our plumbing issues and I would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for a plumber in the Essex area!

James is a great guy! Friendly, interactive and damn good at his job! Had some leakage problem from the cistern. He resolved it- no more noises at night. I'd recommend James anytime, anyday! He also has a good sense of humour. Thanks James!

Great experience with James helping to sort out a leak in the bathroom - he was able to identify the issue promptly and explained everything clearly throughout. Really happy with the work done, and he also noticed a couple of other issues which he was able to help out with too! Very professional and efficient, would highly recommend

I contacted James about replacing my mum's old Baxi boiler downstairs with a new combi boiler upstairs. Having already spoken to several other companies and received some ridiculously high quotes, James was a breath of fresh air. From the start, he was honest, knowledgeable, helpful and took the time to explain exactly what was needed. His pricing was extremely reasonable and fair given the scope of the work involved, and he made sure we fully understood the different boiler options available, along with the various warranty lengths and what they included. He talked us through the different boiler brands and helped us understand the pros and cons of each. We bombarded him with questions and he was more than happy to answer every one of them. He carried out a thorough inspection of the property and highlighted any potential risks associated with upgrading such an old boiler system while retaining the existing radiators and pipework, which was something we had specifically requested. We never felt pressured into anything and always felt that he had our best interests at heart. James is polite, well-mannered, approachable and genuinely down-to-earth. He is a credit to the industry and exactly the kind of tradesperson you hope to find, someone you can trust to give honest advice rather than simply sell you the most expensive option. I would not hesitate to use James for any future gas or plumbing work and I would happily recommend him to anyone who is unsure or nervous about choosing the right engineer. He is friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile to find a solution where possible. I can completely understand why he has such an excellent Google rating. Thank you, James.
