We just moved house to Clevedon and intended moving the boiler into our loft. As there were some problems with the old boiler so we checked Which Reviews, North Somerset Heating was rated 5*, we chose them and they are local. An excellent professional friendly tidy service was provided by Kevin & Craig, They moved our new better more efficient Vaillant boiler into our loft in two days at a reasonable fair price, worth every pound. We are happy customers knowing that we chose the right trustworthy knowledgable company to do the job, truly First Class! With nicely-artistically-painted-Coastal-pastel coloured scenic painted Company Vans that will make one smile ;-) Highly recommend these Master Technicians!

I've had cause to call Craig and Kevin out a few times over the past weeks for different issues and they always came promptly and solved the problems for me. I had a new boiler fitted and the work was carried out promptly and professionally. They are friendly and made sure that I knew how to operate the heating system before they left. I would definitely use them again. Many thanks.

Can't recommend highly enough. We recently moved into a 4-bedroom property with a legacy water tank and boiler system that wasn't fit for purpose. North Somerset Heating stepped in and completed an entire, top-to-bottom transformation to a modern, efficient combi boiler system - all within just 5 days. They were incredibly fast, professional, and effective. Once the installation was done, they took the time to walk me through the entire system, clearly explaining how it works, setting up the wireless connectivity, and showing me how to use the smart apps. If you want a fast, reliable team that goes the extra mile to make sure you know your system inside out, look no further! Massive thank you to Kevin, Craig and the team!

Had an old floor mounted boiler replaced with a combi boiler. From meeting the team initially for them to check out work required and quote me they were very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived everyday on time as agreed and carried out all work to a high standard and we're very respectful with my property. The install was explained in depth, so knew exactly what I was getting and once completed I was instructed on operation of the boiler and controls, so knew exactly how to operate. I would highly recommend this company, and certainly will be using there services again in the future. It reassuring to find a good reliable trades company.

Last month, Craig and Kevin from North Somerset Plumbing and Heating Ltd installed a new combi boiler in my house. Every aspect of their work, from the initial assessment of the job to its completion, was extremely professional. There was attention to detail at every step of the process. For example, reminders of when they were due to arrive to begin the job were sent via text, which was very helpful. Both Craig and Kevin were focussed and efficient in completing the work. It was finished to a high standard and their knowledge and expertise was evident. I appreciated that both engineers were considerate, polite and respectful throughout the process and that everything was left super clean and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing a heating and plumbing engineer. It is obvious that Kevin and Craig really care about providing a top notch service to their customers.
