We needed a service on the boiler in our holiday home and called BoilerTech because we have used them before and found them to be reliable. Andrew came on time and was most efficient, professional and left everything tidy and clean. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs gas work done. Even though ours was just a service, Andrew was obviously very knowledgeable.

Initial visit to diagnose the fault was speedy. Engineer was polite and friendly. He said the heat exchanger was gone and would quote. Before he left, he said he did increase The pressure of the boiler as this will help alleviate the fault. I did mention to him that there was a weep on the filling loop, which is pretty much been there for three years, but it was a weep. Anyway. A day or so later there is a massive puddle in my kitchen and after some investigation turns out the weep on the filling loop is now a lot worse. I sent the Plumber a polite message asking to get back to me with a quote explaining there was a problem with a leak. At no point did I imply it was his fault or that I wasn???t gonna pay for anything I simply asked him to come back. To which he never responded. Also ignored the further two messages I sent. Now I am in business myself and I do understand customers try on especially when it comes to leaks saying ???but you touched it last it???s your problem???. However, a simple response explaining if and when he could come back would???ve been appreciated. Very poor. I???ve now got another plumber coming to fix it.

Dean was helpful and friendly whilst servicing our caravan. There were no qualms about him retrieving the keys from the reception, as we weren't there and delivered an efficient and hassle free service that we couldn't fault. Thank you, as always. A* service.

A fantastic service. Dean was a clean and tidy worker, which is very much appreciated. Apologies to Dean in that we had been celebrating some good news with a glass or two of champagne while Dean was working on our boiler. We had run out of Champagne when he arrived so couldn't offer him a glass. Next time ?
