Had our boiler serviced and repaired by South West Heating SERVICES. The boiler service by Rebecca was the most thorough and extensive we've ever known. Unlike previously we felt Rebecca actually cared about our boiler, she explained everything in a clear and friendly way and didn't try to sell us a new one. The chaps who did the repair were equally brilliant. All arrived when they said they would. Highly recommended.

Eric O'Donovan arrived on time and even though the part wasn't the correct one, he stayed on and sourced a fix solution from our area, so that he could complete the job successfully. Very grateful and relieved to have such an experienced and problem solving oriented technician. Thank you!

We used South West Heating Services Ltd to Service my boiler and couldn???t be happier with the service. Martyn the engineer was absolutely excellent, he was very professional, extremely helpful, and his workmanship was first class. He even found a small gas leak outside that I wasn???t aware of and sorted everything out quickly and safely, which gave me real peace of mind. Jackson was very helpful. Communication before the visit confirmed his expected arrival time, which he then followed up with being here promptly. Jackson was professional, and respectful to the property. He even coped well with my children being home and near the space he was working in. Once the issue was identified, Jackson was great in delivering the news and what he did to fix the issue. All in all, great service. Thank you.
