Highly recommend this company. Booking a call out was quick and easy, I got a next day appointment. The engineer arrived when promised and was professional and friendly. He got the job done quickly, the whole process was really straight forward. Will definitely be using them again if we need to use a gas engineer in future.

I don???t leave reviews often, but this experience truly deserves acknowledgment. Louis Gas has been exceptional in their service. I???ve used other suppliers in the past, but none have matched this level of professionalism and responsiveness. They consistently demonstrate a genuine commitment to customer support, making you feel like they have your back at all times. For instance, I left a voicemail on Saturday when their office was closed regarding a boiler issue. To my surprise, I received a prompt call back to assess the urgency. They then went ahead to successfully resolved the problem on the same day, minimizing any inconvenience. No request is too demanding for their team, and they go above and beyond to assist. I wholeheartedly recommend Louis Gas to anyone in need of boiler servicing or a maintenance contract, confident in their reliability and expertise. Ade
