Booked half an hour slot after finding The Plumber on checkatrade as had an intermittent drip coming through my ceiling into my flat. Responded almost immediately and Eliot came within 24 hours (was available quicker but I wasn???t!!). Investigated and diagnosed within an hour and returning to fix next week. Eliot was friendly knowledgeable and very professional. 100% recommend.

From finding the details to enquire as to availability to Elliot turning up at our door, all of half an hour had passed. Elliot was thoroughly professional throughout, explained the problem in detail but with the care to make it understandable to me (I know nothing about these matters) and carried out all the work quickly and efficiently to fix our leaking toilet. Thanks to the way our property was thrown together, he had to pretty much break into the side of the enclosure to get to the works he needed to to ensure the job was done correctly, not even a frown from him that we chose the more difficult (yet cheaper) route. We barely even noticed he was there while he worked and he left the place spotless while also providing a makeshift solution for us while we source somebody to install a much more accessible side block should anybody need to access it in future. Top marks to him, was a pleasure to have him in our home and should we need anything in future we'll be sure to ask for him. Cheers, Elliot!

Wow! From start to finish, just amazing. Got a reply to my enquiry in super quick time, very easy to make an appointment, Elliot turned up on time, worked diligently to identify the issue, kept me informed at every stage, fixed the problem and returned everything to exactly how it was before. Elliot was polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and extremely skilled. I genuinely could not be happier.

We had the fantastic Ben come round the house and install a new tap, new water softner system with redone plumbing, new drinking ro system and a water Faucet for the ro system. Work was done to a very high standard, cabling and pipe work handled meticulously! Very big thanks to Ben and all involved!

Elliot is literally a wizard. He fixed problems other people couldn???t, he found the water valve Thames water couldn???t. On paper, my jobs were nightmare jobs and he fixed them all! So pleasant every time he came. Really great admin / booking system too. And great value for money. Couldn???t recommend more ????
