Michael was punctual, professional, and a genuinely nice person to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, completed the job efficiently, and left the work area clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber.

I used this company for a Trace & Access investigation concerning a concealed water leak, and I???ve had a really positive experience. Michael, the plumber who attended, was excellent ??? friendly, professional, and clearly very good at what he does. He explained everything clearly and carried out the work thoroughly. Jake in the office was also brilliant, and very helpful when arranging bookings. A really smooth and reassuring experience.

We had a great experience with Michael. He was punctual, professional and friendly. During the first visit he identified the problem and ordered the necessary parts. On the second visit he fixed the issue successfully. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Thank you Michael ??? we would definitely recommend Bromley Plumbers to others!

I recently used Bromley Plumbers Ltd and can honestly say the service was excellent from start to finish. It???s easy to see why they have so many 5 star reviews. The team were professional, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable. They arrived on time, explained the issue clearly, and carried out the work efficiently and to a very high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which is something you really appreciate when trades are working in your home. What also stood out was how fair and transparent their pricing is. The costs were very reasonable for the level of service provided, and there were no hidden extras. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about looking after their customers. Great service, great value, and a company that clearly deserves its strong reputation and the huge number of positive reviews. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Fantastic job from Tom at Bromley Plumbers Ltd who helped with a sink leak, replacing the under sink trap and piping leading outside. Very professional communication from Jack on the team too. Tom came on time, and was v polite, and there was no mess at all having cleaned up after the job. He even re-siloconed the sink to make it looks nice and fresh. I'll be using you again.
