We had a great experience with James. He is very knowledgeable and polite. A job well done!

Great service - James was able to come out at very short notice, which was a huge help and really appreciated. A relatively routine removal of a radiator but he explained everything clearly, and completed the work efficiently. His pricing was very fair and reasonable and as quoted .Reliable, professional, and knowledgeable throughout. I wouldn???t hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy , friendly plumber.

James is a super star! Someone who genuinely and very clearly enjoys his work! My usual plumber couldn???t come out to my property yesterday so I googled to find someone else and JD plumbing came up via AI as the best rated tradesman. And I couldn???t agree more! I actually learnt a thing or two on how to be a good person by interacting with him. Very highly recommended! Thank you, James!!

James offered great plumbing advice regarding dishwasher installation, and very kindly didn???t charge, when other plumbers insisted on a call out fee for in person advice. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing questions and he???ll be first on my list if we need any work done

I contacted James with a smell coming through from my shower and he asked for photographs. From the photographs, he was able to advise me. Following his advice, the problem has now been sorted. He didn't charge me a penny. Very kind and generous of him!
