   I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I booked a boiler service and paid ??140 for a one-hour visit. The engineer completed the work in around 20 minutes and said the issue was fixed. However, shortly after he left, the problem returned???there was a loud drilling noise whenever we opened the tap. I contacted the company again and explained the situation. I was clearly told that I would not be charged for a second visit, as the issue occurred after the initial service. When the engineer returned, he fixed the problem within a few minutes and explained it was due to trapped air in the boiler. Despite this, I was later sent another invoice for ??100. When I contacted the company, they denied what was previously agreed and insisted on payment. This is extremely disappointing and feels unfair, as I relied on their assurance that there would be no additional charge. I would advise others to be cautious and get all agreements in writing before proceeding with any work.

   We've had a brilliant experience working with Dale & his team. We had an ensuite bathroom added as part of a loft conversion, and had the adjoining bedroom renovated to suit our needs. As well as outstanding workmanship, prompt communication has also been a highlight; any questions or issues were dealt with swiftly & effectively. Dale project managed throughout the process including dealing with Building Control, which made for seamless transitions between trades. We thoroughly recommend & trust them, and will be using them for all future building work that we need.
