We were dealing with persistent, slow-draining lines and recurring main line backups that two other companies failed to properly resolve. This plumber brought in high-tech video camera inspection gear and showed me the exact location of heavy tree root intrusion in our main sewer line. They used hydro-jetting equipment to completely clear the blockage and installed a cleanout port for easy future access. Transparent, tech-forward, and extremely thorough work!
