We have been clients of Arlow's for many years and they have serviced our oil fired boiler to a very high standard. However this year the time came to have a new one and the team at Arlow's installed it really well and whilst it took two days they kept the disruption to a minimum. We are delighted with the new boiler and the professional manner by which it was installed. We would highly recommend Tom and the team and we thank them for a job well done and ongoing servicing.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. From the initial enquiry through to installation, the team were professional, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to clearly explain the new boiler system, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident with everything before going ahead. The installation itself was carried out quickly and to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and care taken in my home. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely take pride in their work and customer service, nothing felt rushed or overlooked. I cannot recommend Arlow Plumbing enough. They have just finished installing a Viessmann weather compensation heating system with all new radiators into my home which is under renovation and the whole experience has been first class. The engineers worked tirelessly and clearly were technical adept. They respected our home despite taking up a number of floorboards and always tidied at the end of each day. The system is a little more expensive but is more efficient than a conventional domestic system.

I only recently came across Arlow following a relative's recommendation. Everything about the service from initial contact to boiler installation and aftercare is excellent; these people really do know the meaning of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. I found them competitively priced and given the quality of product, service workmanship and advice, I believe they offer extremely good value for money. Recommended without any hesitation at all and will be using again.
