   Emailed at midday to ask for an appointment to do a few small non urgent plumbing jobs. Got an email to clarify something 20 mins later, a phone call at 2 and an engineer at the door by half 2. Everything sorted to a high standard with no fuss. Invoice in my mailbox at 4:30 for an hours labour at a good rate with no call-out charges or anything. Wish other trades were this easy to deal with!

   I have recently had my bathroom renovated by Andy, working for Tonepohl, who has delivered first class service at every stage of the renovation. At each step along the way, he has outlined the various options available when completing the bathroom (eg where would be best to put things such as shower trays in the bathroom) which will be of huge benefit in the future. Having only recently moved into the property, I did not realise what condition the walls behind the original tiling were in - this meant Andy had to be very creative when retiling the bathroom to make sure the tiles fitted perfectly on walls that were far from smooth and straightforward! He has been very careful in keeping disruption to a minimum - despite the major work needed - and has happily worked around me, helping to make the overall experience a delight.

   What a brilliant company to work with. Each time we've had a problem, Carl and his team have risen to the occasion and sorted it promptly and without fuss. This time it was a broken bath in a holiday cottage - accidents do happen. We called on Thursday and it was replaced on Monday. Paul, who did the work, was a total star, despite the challenges of fitting the replacement into what is a very cramped space. A huge thank you to all the team!
