   Dan (Business owner) is an absolute star in our opinion, he accomplished what 3 heating engineers before him failed to achieve. Dan explained what he was going to do at each stage, he has a very thorough, clean, tidy & safe working method. He has great communication skills, letting us know when he can attend, followed by a text to say he is on his way. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We had a big problem with our heating, an existing problem from the previous two or three years that the engineers that came to fix could not completely solve the problem, so each of the past 3 autumn/winters we were back to square one, no heating, rads blocked and pump could not circulate. Dan seemed to know exactly what the problem was as soon as I described the symptoms. Dan was extremely thorough and very committed and did everything required to getting the heating system back to full working order. Every radiator was removed and flushed, the rads were well and truly blocked with black sludge. The end result was a heating system in full working order and we are now toasty warm thanks to Dan. Cheers Dan, much appreciated!!!
