   Had a call out today, they quickly diagnosed the issue and provided advice on solutions that would properly resolve it long term and not just a quick fix, showing they have true customer care in mind. Overall great and honest customer service with a lot of experience. They also didn't charge for the call out as no work was needed at the time. I will certainly be using them again in future.

   This is NOT a fake review. Had this company fit a complete bathroom 5 years ago. The finish was far from perfect and after a year the floor started to bow. Over the last year we had noticed a really bad damp smell. We lifted the floor to get it replaced only to find that the toilet had had a small leak since being installed. It has caused a lot of damage to the property. I would not recommend this company. How would anyone know of a leak that is happening under a floor that has obviously been gradual over time hence the toilet not being fitted properly The photos on this review is of the quality workmanship that was provided (i love my sarcasm) Also happy to post the invoice to prove this is a genuine review. Also a new photo has been uploaded to show poor fitting of the floor. This photo was taken approximately 1 year after being fitted and so was out of the guarantee that AJ Barnes provides. If this review is removed it does show that AJ barnes??? reviews are all policed so only good reviews are shown.

   Just wonderful communication, very helpful lovely people and very reasonably priced. Couldn???t ask for more . My mains water stopcock started leaking badly, Joe found space to fit the work in early and it was replaced by a lovely tradesman called Patrick this afternoon. I can really understand their 500 plus 5 star reviews on Google , and I???ve added one more. I shall definitely be keeping this number on the top of my home emergencies list :)

   Process from start to finish was flawless. Quote for a new boiler and solar decommission arrived a couple of hours after the home visit. Very reasonable price for everything I needed. Work was carried out 6 weeks later and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. All the parts were delivered beforehand by a courier. Patrick and his team worked incredibly efficiently and they were polite and professional throughout. There was no mess left and all waste was taken away. Everything ran like clockwork. The new pipes and boiler were all installed neatly and cleanly. Contact with Joe throughout the process was brilliant - was genuinely treated like a valued customer. Couldn't be happier with the work and service these guys have provided. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality job to be done. Five stars.
