We had an emergency call out for our boiler which was promptly sorted within the day. Terry showed us exactly what was causing the issues and got us a new boiler fitted later on. The team was very helpful and clear about what they were doing.

Fantastic customer service and workmanship. Truly professional all around. Terry and George were both great and I felt extremely comfortable with them in my home. Very reasonable price also. Giant thank you to all at 5 Star Heating & Rebewable Energy. Came out yesterday for a same day call out to my poorly boiler, after suffering a catastrophic leak and sounding like it was going to blow up it was reasuring to know someone reliable was on their way and fast! However it turned out the boiler was beyond economical repair and with it being 20 years old a new one with long warranty was the best course of action. Due to me needing heating and hot water asap 5 Star fitted the new one the very next day within 24hrs. The hot water is now better then ever. I recently moved into a new house and used 5 star heating to diagnose some teething issues with the heating system left over from the previous tenants. They were quick to get back to me, and Jess booked a visit in the same evening i made initial contact. Terry paid us a visit and very quickly worked out the best way forward. We booked in a heat pump service and the installation of a multi zone Hive smart heating setup to replace the old outdated one. Everything was dealt with quickly, and efficiently and both Terry and Jess have been a breeze to deal with throughout. Very happy with the new setup and the extra time taken to explain everything properly to us. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone.

Terry came out to our urgent call for our old faulty boiler today and having gone above and beyond to try to repair eventually had to advise it wasn't economical and is now organising a new installation for Monday. He was so helpful, and friendly, explaining everything clearly and reassuring us. We have every confidence that our new boiler installation will be smooth and efficient. Thank you so much Terry.
