Needed 'chirping' smoke alarms replaced in my flat and my sister came across BMP Alarms after a Google search and upon reading 5* reviews decided to give them a call. She spoke to a gentleman named Bryan who was very pleasant and helpful. Taking out time to answer questions with such a friendly mannerism. I later spoke to Ben to arrange a date for work to be carried out and he was also so kind, friendly, patient and professional with his time and answered any further questions I had. Thank you to you both for all your time and efficiency. I'm so pleased I went ahead with work to be carried out with your company. Amazing customer service right from the offset. Can't fault it at all. Fitting me in such short notice and working around my timings. So much appreciated. Huge shout out to the 2 lads that came to complete my work. Credit to your team. Friendly, efficient, amazing communication skills, well mannered, polite, happy to answer every question, comforting, reassuring and professional just a few words to describe my experience with them. They also replaced the smoke detectors in no time and were tidying around after themselves when my kitchen was in slight carnage with a plumbing issue too! Would never hesitate to use BMP again and they would be my first recommendations to anyone looking for a similar service. Wishing your entire team - those in customer facing roles and those tirelessly working behind the scenes the very best in both your personal and professional working lives. Thank you greatly for a positive, pleasant experience.

Really friendly and professional, on time and work quickly. Great price for alarm service and replacement battery. Had an issue with the keypad today and they were with me within the hour to fix. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I would just like to thank Bryan and his team for a great job they have done in our new kitchen. We have had a new alarm, a full rewire, new and old spotlights put in and replaced and some other bits and bats. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. They were prompt and professional throughout and I wouldn???t hesitate to use them again for any jobs I have in the future. I will also be recommending to friends and family if and when required. Thanks again ????

We recently used BMP Alarms after they were recommended to us on a local Facebook group, and I can honestly say the service from start to finish has been excellent. From the very first phone call, Bryan was straightforward, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to talk us through all the available options without any pressure, which immediately gave us confidence in choosing the company. After a recent house move, we had found it surprisingly difficult to even get responses from some businesses, so it was refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely valued its customers and made everything feel easy from the start. BMP Alarms is clearly a family run business that takes pride in its work, and that really showed throughout the whole process. The team arrived exactly when arranged, got straight on with the job, and worked professionally and efficiently the entire time. I even cheekily asked if they could help with an additional job while they were there, fully expecting there to be extra costs involved, but they were more than happy to sort it without any fuss at all. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The quality of work, communication, and aftercare has been brilliant. Bryan has stayed in touch afterwards to make sure everything is running properly, which says a lot about the level of customer service they provide. The pricing was very competitive, the workmanship was excellent, and the whole experience was stress free from beginning to end. Overall, I would highly recommend BMP Alarms to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company. From the initial enquiry to the installation and after sales support, they have been outstanding and I would not hesitate to use them again for future work.

Really pleased with electrical rewire of kitchen by Max and Will. From initial survey and quote by Bryan to final fix all three were friendly and professional. They fitted in with our schedule, protected worktops and left everywhere clean & tidy. Thank you
