Big thanks to Tom and his team. They completely rewired our house, replacing an old, dangerous fusebox with a new consumer unit, and rewired multiple circuits. They also did gas and mains water earthing, installed a heated mirror and downlights in the bathroom, moved and combined several light switches, added a large number of new sockets (including an outside socket), fitted two outside security lights, and ran network cabling throughout the property. Communication throughout was excellent. We made a number of changes and add-ons to the original quote along the way, and Tom handled every one of them professionally and without fuss. The quality of the work is fantastic, everything was left clean and tidy, and the pricing was very fair for the sheer amount of work involved. Couldn't ask for a better electrician. Highly recommended.

Tom has completed several jobs for me. He has always been very professional. He has listened and taken account of what I want and always found the best product for me. He fits items with skill. They look good when he is finished. He works tidily and has always respected me and my home. I cannot recommend Tom highly enough. He is a brilliant electrician.

Asked Tom to disconnect a light for me in the garage, and also replace my old shower. He was reliable, affordable, showed up when he said he would, communicated well and clearly, did an efficient job, was professional and friendly and even tried to clean up after himself. The shower itself is a blessing of an upgrade. Very happy to use him as a regular electrician at home.

Tom arrived on time as arranged!! Great start! He carried out our EICR inspection efficiently and thoroughly and made helpful recommendations. I honestly thought that his professional charge for his services represented genuinely good value for money (and I need to keep an eye on that as do we all!). I wanted to do this review and will be recommending Tom (Payne Electrical Services) to friends and colleagues, & certainly will be engaging Tom again as and when I need to.

Great service! Would highly recommend Tom and his team for your electrical install needs. Tom recently installed the full wiring to our newly built garden room, inclusive of spot lights, heating, sockets and outside lights. Tom ran us through the full process, offering advice and suggestions on lighting and heating that highly complimented the build, which was greatly appreciated. Great lads to deal with, and well priced for the professional service we received. Cant thank them enough!
