   I have been in 3 garage for my Mercedes Benz A class electrical problem. I even went and paid a lot in the Mercedes Garage and none of them solve the main issue in my car. Until I found Zedy and fix directly the problem. Zedy is very friendly and helpful and very honest and the price that cost me is very reasonable. I highly recommend Zedy!

   Having been to 2 other garages for our doors to unlock and get the drivers side window fixed on an Audi A8 we had reached a dead end or so we thought. Two friends had recommended Tech Zedy, they said nip over have a word with him. Today we nipped over and he said yes I can do everything. He sorted the window and the locks, double checked that it wasn't just the key fob and got everything done that we asked. Before allowing us to drive away he double checked everything worked as it should. He covers everything and all was done to perfection. So if tou have any problems give him a bell. We'll worth every penny .

   I wasn???t going to put this review out there because I don???t like to slander peoples businesses but I wouldn???t want anybody else to experience what I did with this ???Man???. My car went into this ???Garage??? on December 26th. Then the engine light came on AGAIN along with jugging on the 11th of January. So it went back in for the third time, I eventually got my car back on Wednesday 22nd of JANUARY(Of which I???m pretty sure, I???d had it in before the 26th but then had to take it back) The car went in because of an engine light fault. I was recommended this man due to my family telling me how respectful he is. And he knew what it was he was doing. Yet my car sat in his garage for over a month. And when I eventually received it back, the engine light was back on within the following week. I had to continually text and phone this ???man??? to receive answers on what was happening with the car. He told me he???d changed the cylinders. Which I later found out to be completely false as when I spoke to somebody who actually knew what it was they were doing they said they hadn???t been changed in years. Same goes for the supposed ???coils??? he???d supposedly done. So what did you do to my car in the time you had it? I could honestly go on and on about the stress this man put me through for almost two months. Due to constant lies. I have the texts to show the constant questioning on what was happening. With no response. The only time I got a response from this ???man??? was when I threatened to go to the obusman. Didn???t like that. I will attach the messages from him. But THE CHERRY ON THE CAKE I had gotten fed up of waiting on Wednesday 15th January and decided I???d go to pick up my car and take it elsewhere. As I have a daughter and relied heavily on transport and this idiot told me the reason I???d been waiting for almost two months for him to fix it was because it had been snowing(AT THE END OF DECEMBER) - Yet had told me in messages he???d test drove it. Then later told me he couldn???t do it due to weather conditions? Which one is it then? ANYWAY I turn up on Wednesday the 15th January to find my car, not only in bits. BUT 1. The engine was apart in the front seat even though he hadn???t told me he was touching it 2. MY CAR WAS LEFT UNLOCKED!!! - He had my only key with him 3. I HAD A PARKING TICKET ON MY CAR!!! What an utter joke. And his response was ???I will pay it??? It???s now April and I???ve had to fork out the money for it because of this ???man??? The man continually contradicts himself. He will tell you one thing and then a few days later say different things. I have never experienced anything like what I did here. But, I saw the lady???s review from 2 weeks ago about how bad this man is and I thought I needed to voice my experience ALONG WITH THE EVIDENCE. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS MAN! HE DOESN???T HAVE A GOD DAMN CLUE WHAT HES DOING. HE FAVOURS PEOPLE BUT I WATCHED ANOTHER GENTLEMAN BANG ON THE DOOR OF THAT GARAGE ASKING WHERE HIS CAR WAS. My car was the Peugeot 107 And you have now been reported to the ombudsman as I shouldn???t have paid you a penny. I really hope that, you do not ever do this to anybody else ever again. But these good reviews come from your ???friends???. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!! (Can???t give 0 stars or I would have done) You need to be shut down.

   I had a terrible experience with this auto electrician. He claims to be dealer level and above, but that couldn't be further from the truth. His actual skills are shockingly poor; he can barely manage simple tasks like changing headlight bulbs and tailgate lights. His workshop is located in a run-down area, and he uses very outdated equipment, which makes you question his capability right from the start. When I brought in my car with electrical issues, he seemed completely lost. Instead of diagnosing the problem, he was just reading forums and searching online for answers. I felt like I knew more than he did! Not only did he charge me extortinate price to diagnose the fault, he has put my car in a worser position than it was originally so i paid money for him to cause further damage. I would not trust this electrician with any serious work on my vehicle. Save your time and money by going somewhere else. This place is not worth the risk!
