   Called James Monday for a weird RCD tripping issue. He came round on his way home from another job that afternoon. Diagnosed the fault and managed to fit us in to replace the RCD on the Friday. Very pleasant and very knowledgeable. Explained what he was doing as he went. Reasonably priced for the job. All in all a very good experience.

   We had James come out and look at a lighting circuit that had suddenly failed. He made time to fit us in at the last minute and gave us a detailed plan for what needed doing. When the work was due James had spent time coming up with a neater solution and had it done in half the time. He's all the things you want when you read reviews: on budget, neat, punctual but he's also a thoroughly nice guy. I'd recommend him without hesitation. He also puts up with my terrible tea!
