Rang MJB and spoke with Mujib. We ran through the issue and Mujib managed to diagnose the issue over the phone which was an appliance issue rather than an electrical wiring issue. Could have easily pushed to come on-site and charge for the diagnosis but was honest and most helpful. Would definitely recommend MJB and Mujib as he knows his stuff.

Excellent service from start to finish. Even before attending, he spent a lot of time giving helpful advice and explaining the possible causes of the fault. He was honest, professional and never suggested any unnecessary work or unreasonable charges. He carefully investigated the problem, explained everything clearly, and even reduced the original call-out charge as a goodwill gesture. I really appreciated that he always considered what was best for the customer. I would highly recommend MJB Electrical Services.

Only a small job of replacing a fan, however, Mujeeb came out on a bank holiday at no extra charge; phoned to say he could come earlier which was a bonus to us. Very pleasant man who got on with the job and was gone within the hour. Would I have him out again? YES. Due to it taking him a little less in travel time, I also got a 20% reduction in the cost too???an added bonus! Thank you Mujeeb

My Landords inspection highlighted numerous problems to be resolved. They were all explained very clearly to me and the quote received promptly. The work was carried out carefully and all cleaned up afterwards. I was shown the progress as it went along. I was given options where I could save a little money without compromising the job. Mujeeb was very thorough, very pleasant and a hard worker who cleaned up as he went along. I received my certificate and receipt promptly after the work was completed. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your electrical work. I am a lone female and felt extremely confident and and relaxed while the work was carried out.

I recently hired MJB Electrical Services to install new lighting and power sockets in our office, and I couldn't be more impressed. The quality of the work is outstanding???clean, precise, and clearly done to a high standard. ???What really stood out was how MJB went above and beyond my expectations to ensure the layout was functional and the finish was seamless. If you???re looking for a reliable, professional, and skilled electrician, look no further. Highly recommended!
