Very disappointing experience. I paid ??10 for next-day delivery because I needed the item before Monday. DPD falsely claimed they attempted delivery when no attempt was made, and the retailer's only solution was to deliver it on Monday and refund the delivery charge difference - this conduct seems to be acceptable to appliances direct. If I'd known it wouldn't arrive on time, I would have bought from another company. I would not recommend them if you need reliable delivery.

I recently approached Domestic Appliance Guard for a quote to provide warranty for our boiler unit, having spoken with George in their call centre, he was very patient and helpful and not pushy, sending a very reasonable quote with a follow up call shortly after. As I was having the boiler system power cleaned at the time there was no rush to take up his offer. However, today I have taken out the boiler warranty with George at the same rate that was quoted at the beginning of April. Great service at a reasonable price!

100 per cent trustworthy. The gentleman I spoke to today was knowledgeable, polite, explained everything regarding policy. I highly recommend this company for insurance. Thank you. It's nice to have a honest company for a change. Im very happy.

I was shopping around for new household appliances cover when I came across Domestic Appliance Guard on the website. I decided to enter my details after reading previous reviews and was given a call back by George @ DAC. I didn't take the policy out straight away as needed to do more searches & comparison. In the meantime received an email with quote which I found to be very reasonable & compared to my existing policies was cheaper. After a few days I decided to go ahead with the offer quoted so emailed George back & proceed with getting new cover for my household appliances. So far I'm happy with the service & friendiness I have received from George & may it continue.

Good news my broken washing machine is fixed and up and running. However after visits. 2 appointments cancelled , reason not valid - no parking, when parking free and available in our close. Another appointment engineer reported needs correct parts to be ordered. Took 3 days off from work and stayed at home awaiting engineer visit
