   Excellent service from HeatTech Boilers. They came out the very next day, diagnosed the bath leak almost immediately and explained exactly what the problem was. They replaced the damaged waste kit and also kindly resealed the grout around the bath to help prevent any further water damage. They were professional, honest and took the time to answer all of my questions. They also gave me some really helpful advice about my boiler, which is currently having issues, even though that wasn't why they were there. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. When my current boiler cover comes to an end, I'll definitely be using HeatTech in the future. Highly recommended.

   Just had John and team fit a new boiler. Great job, and I can highly recommend them from quote to installation. They were the only people who actually looked at what I needed and didn't try to sell me loads of add ons I didn't need . They let me know when they were coming, arrived on time and did an excellent job and even cleaned up and put everything back that they'd moved. Already booked them in for next year's service and they are going to service our gas fires when they cam fit us in. Good price for the boiler and installation and great people to deal with .

   John came to install a new stopcock as the old one had seized, and was installed in an awkward position behind some cabinets. He was able to plumb it into a more accessible position and also fixed some minor leaks that he spotted whilst doing it. He also serviced my boiler and pointed out some maintenance work that needed doing, including replacing the electrode, and gave me the option to have it fixed there and then, or leave it for another time. He explained everything he was doing, was professional and direct, and left everything neat and tidy. I'd definitely recommend HeatTech.

   HeatTech is an amazing company We contacting them because we wanted a radiator moving, we had seen their van outside next doors home and decided to give them a call. John was so attentive to ours needs and very polite. On coming across a prob??? with our boiler and John explaining the cause etc we decided to have a new one installed (we had inherited this boiler when moving in). I also need to say there was no hard sell at all from John. Our boiler has been fitted today, they covered all spaces in my kitchen & were polite and certainly respected our home. It is a neat tidy job he has gone above and beyond, I would definitely highly recommend John - HeatTech. Next year???s service is also booked.
