Highly recommend Ace gas. Had a leak under the floor and all the pipework needed re-routing. They showed up on time and got all the work done in a day. The work is neat and im happy with the result. They fitted 2 new modern radiators that look great. They tidied up and put all the carpets back neatly. Will use again, reliably and friendly team

100% recommended. My boiler died on a Saturday evening and I spent some time searching for a decent, local company. Ace Gas NW were the closest to me to I decided to take a punt (hard to find a decent tradesman around here!). I completed the online quote form on the Ace Gas NW website and received a quote with an approximate number. (Sunday morning). I then received contact first thing on the Monday morning when Liam visited to provide a quote and some advice on what we'd need. Liam advised that I'd stated we have two showers, but one was electric and so not requiring the boiler for hot water - this meant I required a slightly less powerful (and cheaper) boiler than I thought - win. We were happy with the price and had all the work outlined and priced up with a fixed fee. He also explained what had gone wrong with the old boiler (landlord special from the previous owner) which had been fitted in a way which stopped the condenser working properly and had no failsafe for a failed pump. I told Liam we have a 9 month old child at home and he worked hard to prioritise us. By Wednesday the same week I had two engineers arrive (8am sharp!) to fit the new boiler. Kieron and Jack worked hard all day and had the whole job done in one day, fuelled by sandwiches and coffee they made no mess and were polite and professional throughout. I'd definitely recommend Ace Gas NW, they were prompt, fairly priced and very professional and tidy with their work. The whole process was simple, easy to understand and much less daunting than I thought it was going to be.

After being let down by another plumber, I phoned Ace Gas to see if they could step in at short notice and they were absolutely brilliant. I needed someone to move the pipework (hot, cold, and waste) to a new position as we were relocating our kitchen sink as part of a kitchen renovation. They were really communicative throughout the whole process, letting you know when the plumber is en route with live tracking. Gareth was highly professional and got the job done to a high standard. Wouldn???t hesitate to recommend.

From the very first contact with Liam regarding our business boiler and overhead blowers we felt assured that they would be able to help. With the portal and message apps we were constantly updated on the progress of our job. Kieron and Matty arrived on time and got to work straight away. Both were very professional and polite throughout the job; keeping us updated with how things were progressing and their findings. They did not leave until everything was perfect. ACE GAS NW LTD are a very professional, family run business that we are so glad to have found and who we will not hesitate to use for all our future needs. Thanks for all your support.

We have been customers of Ace Gas NW for over 5 years now. Their service is always exceptional. I would have no problem recommending them to anyone. Always prompt, courteous and reliable. They are efficient and leave everywhere clean and tidy. And, importantly too, their prices are very good!
