Very happy with the work and service from Terry and his team at Smart Heat, we had a complete new boiler and tank installed and then annual servicing. They always explain what needs doing and why, making sure the system is right for our house and what we need from it. So far we've not needed any emergency boiler/plumbing work but I wouldn't hesitate to call them if needed.

I Had air conditioning installed following looking into the company and other peoples recommendations. All the way through the process from enquiring through to have the unit installed everything was superb and beyond expectations. Even trying to get through 3 big thunderstorms on the day of installation Terry and his team continued to get the work completed and also made sure the everything of tided up afterwards. I would use this company again

Great company, honest & reliable! My tap attached to my house outside garden had no water come out but the other taps inside the house are all good. I checked with couple contractors and eventually chosen Smart Heat Expert as the quotation from them is clear & reasonable. Gavin was punctual, reliable and very efficient. Very direct and did not proposed paying extra for work or parts (had another quotation from other contractor that they need to replace one of the part for the pipe but Gavin fixed my tap without replace unnecessary part???.) I definitely will go to Smart Heat Expert again as I???m planing for the new boiler & radiators installation later the year!! Highly recommended this company!

Would thoroughly recommend Terry and the team at Smart Heat Experts - courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We needed a new boiler, and it was fitted within a week of our enquiry and was completed to a very high standard of work. Terry also set us up on the Hive App with smart Hive controls at no extra cost. We got the team back to fit a radiator, which again was done on time and to budget. Very pleased, thank you, Terry and Gavin!

Terry and the team recently installed air conditioning in my in-laws??? conservatory, and I honestly couldn???t fault the experience from start to finish. They were professional, punctual, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Terry took the time to explain everything properly, making sure my in-laws felt comfortable and understood how the system worked before they left. The installation itself was carried out to a really high standard, neat, tidy, and with great attention to detail. What really stood out was how respectful and considerate the team were while working in the house. They kept everything clean, worked efficiently, and caused minimal disruption. The difference the air conditioning has made to the conservatory is huge ??? it???s now a space that can be used comfortably all year round, not just in the cooler months. Would highly recommend Terry and the team to anyone considering air conditioning. Brilliant service and a top-quality finish.
