Absolutely amazing service from Matthew. He came out to fix my broken boiler very last minute in the late afternoon when I was feeling unwell and left with no heating or hot water. Matt was prompt, courteous & very knowledgeable. Not only did he install my Hive System efficiently, but he took time to run through the set up & made sure I was completely happy with the system. He also serviced my boiler & highlighted some major issues & ran through my options in an impartial manner! He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to & very customer focused!
