We recently had a complete bathroom renovation. Going straight back to brick and having everything down to the electrics redone. David was very informative, letting us know each day what would be happening the next and always making sure we were in the loop! We used the companies contacts to pick out our new bathroom and the communication was brilliant when it came to recommendations for this. We were especially impressed with how quick the work was completed, less than two weeks! This was not only due to David???s proactiveness and ???no messing??? work ethic, you could clearly see that the rapport between him and his fellow traders was great and it meant that everyone spoke to each other on the regular to ensure that the work got done on schedule. I cannot recommend David or any tradesman that works alongside him enough, they exceeded expectations and I will continue to use Hollowell heating for as long as I can!!!

Had Dave do all our plumbing and heating in a full house refurbishment whilst living in. Dave attended as we progressed at our pace. All work was excellent and carried out efficiently with no mess. He overcame all difficulties that were put in his way with an end result we have been thrilled with, particularly in bathrooms, kitchen, and the very large radiators we chose. We now have him on an annual boiler service contract and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and his company to friends, family, or anyone else. Boiler service was arranged easily with a date and time convenient to me. Friendly, knowledgeable engineer who explained everything he did and cleaned up after the work. The business were pro- active in providing updates of times etc and emailed invoice and documents the sane day. Very efficient and helpful, and I definitely recommend them.
