Had a good experience with MDS Heating. Had a problem with my boiler which was fixed quickly and efficiently by Martin. Communication was excellent with messages being replied to promptly and was always on time, reliable and pleasant to deal with. Would recommend and will use again.

Martin at MDS heating was a huge help in fixing the issue with our boiler. He quickly identified the problem, ordered the necessary parts and I found the price to be very fair. MDS do the process was efficient, and the customer service team - Angela responded promptly and arranged the schedule very well. Installation Engineer Neil was highly professional. He managed to complete the entire complex installation on his own, kept me well informed throughout, and was polite and courteous. Highly recommended ????

Can't fault the communication or work that's been done. New boiler has been in a few months now and is working great. Plus I know if anything does go wrong I can reach out whenever.

Called about pressure in boiler dropping to 0 while the weather was reaching -5 degrees. MDS came out same day 2 hours after phoning. Plumber was very professional, friendly and kept me in loop with what was going on. I needed a new boiler installed and they did it the next morning at a reasonable price. The engineer that carried out this work was also excellent! Would highly recommend to anyone
