Myles came to the property to carry out a boiler check, he was very polite, attentive and friendly. Carried out his work and was happy to answer any questions I had. Also thank you for being so great with my daughter who was very loud and excitable. Overall a fab service and Myles was such a lovely lad, a great credit to the company.

Came back from holiday st 4am today to a boiler that wasnt working. Called A&R at 9:30 and issue was fixed by 11:30. Price was reasonable. Very happy with the quick response from them and Myles was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

I believe he???s your son- you should be very proud of him he???s Professional , polite and a lovely conversationalist , he fixed the boiler and it???s up and running ???? it behaves itself. I believe it was another flat he had visited in the building before not ours. You came out to service ours last year. Thank you for arranging to come out so promptly- very much appreciated. Excellent service ???? Having no hot water and running an air b & b you promptly moved our appointment forward to help out as we had guests arriving the same day. The service from both Tony and Myles has been excellent, professional, prompt and a quick reply from my first inquiry for help. ????

I called A&R in the morning and explained how I had no heating or hot water and they sent someone over that afternoon. It was Myles working on it and he quickly identified the issue (a faulty expansion vessel) and clearly explained it to me which I appreciated. He managed to fix it in the interim while the part that needed replacing was ordered. The following day, I went to book in the next step and they fit me in on that day so that I would be sorted ahead of the Easter bank holiday weekend. Super super grateful for everything being done so quickly and really pleased with everything. Myles is great!

Tony & Myles were so helpful and prompt in helping us fix a serious leak in our flat. They kept us updated with the process and were super friendly & easy to speak to. Absolute lifesavers! Thank you both of you, would highly recommend their services.
